Our mission is to bring the luxury of the Atelier into your home. Whether it’s the comfort of an afternoon scone or the centerpiece of a celebratory roulade, we bake with the hope that you can taste the passion, the care, and the honesty in every bite.

We don’t offer a sprawling menu. Instead, we’ve chosen a focused selection of pastries that we execute with absolute perfection. From our signature cookies and velvety loaf cakes to our delicate Ceylon cinnamon roulades, buttery scones, and decadent brownies, every piece is a tribute to the craft of fine pastry. This intentional restraint allows us to pour our full attention into every detail, ensuring that what we do offer is nothing short of exceptional.

Farm to Atelier

The Golden Standard.

We believe the foundation of any great pastry is the quality of the fat. We begin at the farm, sourcing our milk and heavy cream exclusively from local dairy farms where the cows are 100% grass-fed.

This golden, nutrient-rich cream is brought to our Atelier, where we churn our own butter in-house. This ensures a level of richness, a complex flavor profile, and a velvet-like texture that is impossible to replicate with commercial ingredients. When you taste a Sweet Batch creation, you’re tasting the essence of our local pastures.
